Every precaution has been taken to see that your new pet is Happy & Healthy.
Important: PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT. To honor this agreement your puppy must be examined by a
licensed Veterinarian no later that 3 Business days from date of delivery of puppy.
Puppy is given a 4 day health warranty against fatal viruses such as Distemper, Parvo & Corona and a 1 year
genetic health guarantee. Seller is under no obligation to honor warranty/guarantee if this puppy has not been
seen by a licensed veterinarian within said time of 3 business days of purchase/divery date. This health
is Non-Transferable. SELLER/BREEDER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY EXPENSE INCURRED BY PURCHASER,
weather vet charges or any other expenses.
If your puppy is found by a licensed veterinarian to have a life threatening congenital health defect you must provide
me with a written assessment from a licensed vet stating in what respect the dog is unhealthy along with the
address and phone number of the vet's office that provided the assessment.
If any life threatening congenital disorders have been determined by the vet, the seller holds the right to have a
veterinarian of seller's choice provide a second opinion of assessment. If puppy has died the seller has the right to
request an autopsy to be done at buyers expense, to determine cause for puppy replacement.
If a congenital health issue is determined, the dog will be replaced at the earliest availability with a dog of equal
quality and value. If a puppy of higher value is chosen, buyer must pay the difference. We do not offer refunds on
money paid under any circumstance. We breed for the love of great pets and do not guarantee as to the disposition,
conformation, size, color or breeding/show capability of puppy purchased. This health guarantee does not include
worms, parasites, kennel cough or coccidia. These are common occurrences found in puppies that can be treated.
Precautions are taken to avoid these conditions. Worm your puppy regularly with wormer from your vet. Keep your
puppy's play area and bedding clean at all times. Hypoglycemia is a serious matter for a young small puppy.
For hypoglycemia provide your puppy with frequent small meals and water at all times through out the day.
Make sure he/she is eating and drinking well and does not go long periods without food, water and REST!
Nuti-Cal is a supplement that is great to keep on hand. Allow your puppy lots of down time to rest. They are
still growing babies. Don't ever exert your new puppy.
Ear Cropping: There will be no health guarantee of any kind due to complications and or death of puppy as a
as a result of ear cropping. Ear cropping is an elective and is done at your own risk.
Spay/neuter: Although this is recommended, Spoiled Schnauzers, Larry & Kellie Good cannot be liable for any
complications occurred from this elective surgery.
We will provide you with a puppy pack of food that puppy has been eating. If you change foods please start out mixing
new food with food provided to avoid diarrhea. If your puppy doesn't eat, vomits or has diarrhea or appears to be weak
within the first 24-48 hours notify your vet IMMEDIATELY-PLEASE DON'T WAIT. Puppies can dehydrate very rapidly and
your puppy's life may depend on your quick response.
While puppy is small make sure he/she has food and water 3 times a day. If not eating try mixing can food or chicken
baby food with dry food. Water should be offered more in the warm months of the year. Remember he/she is small and
can dehydrate so fast. Kayro syrup mixed with water can help with low glucose levels. Puppy will be scared the first few
days in a new environment. Please be patient. A blanket with mother scent should help calm them.
A detailed account of your puppy's care has been provided. PLEASE TAKE THIS WITH YOU TO THE FIRST VET VISIT.
PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FOLLOW YOUR VETS ADVISE OF SCHEDULED VACCINES, WORMINGS & HEART WORM
PREVENTATIVE.
If you vaccinate your puppy outside of the schedule you have been provided by the breeder, this health guarantee is
VOID. Regardless of what your vet recommends, vaccinations can cause death! Many vets will tell you that since
you don't know for sure that the puppy "REALLY" had the shots listed on the shot record by the breeder, that you
should vaccinate again, DON"T listen!!! I assure you that we care about our puppies and really do give them the
protection they need to go out into the world! If puppy is given Rabies prior to 4 months of age this health guarantee
is VOID. Vaccines should be no less than 2 weeks apart! NOT COMPLETING YOUR PUPPY'S VACCINATIONS IS
CAUSE FOR THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE TO BE VOID!
If for any reason you are not able to keep this puppy please call us. If we are not able to take the puppy back we are
more than happy to assist you in placing it in a loving home.
By signing this agreement, purchaser agrees to NEVER surrender this dog to an animal shelter and agrees to give
breeder first opportunity to take ownership.

Placing A Deposit: You can reserve your pick with a 50% deposit. We take "US POSTAL" Money Orders, Credit
Cards through Pay Pal. With Pay Pal please add 3% to cover the pay pal fee's. (To: Klg_good@yahoo.com) If you
don't have a Pay Pal account please let me know and I can send an invoice, also if you prefer we can also take
Money Gram (through Wal-Mart) or Western Union.
Personal Checks: For Deposits, please contact me about sending a personal check. I DO NOT take final payment by
personal check. If you are picking up your puppy in person, please bring cash as your final payment. No Checks will
be received other than initial deposit only with my consent.
Holding a puppy: Puppy is not held without a deposit. If you are mailing a deposit through US MAIL I will hold the
puppy for 4 days with tracking number. We recommend using US Priority Mail or an overnight service to ensure
deposit is received within 4 days. Deposits are non-refundable so please make sure this is the puppy for you. We
take the commitment very seriously.
Deposit refunds: If for any reason something happened to your puppy before it is ready to leave us, you would
receive a full refund or you can switch to another puppy if available. This is the only circumstance a refund would be
given.
Shipping your puppy: If the puppy is to be shipped, the remaining balance along with all shipping expenses are to be
paid by the time the puppy is 7 weeks old.
Local Pick-up: IF THE PUPPY IS TO BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED, THE BALANCE IS DUE AT THAT TIME IN THE FORM
OF CASH ONLY. NO CHECKS WILL BE TAKEN.
Forms of Payment: For your convenience we accept Pay Pal payments. If you use Pay Pal you MUST add 3% to the
amount you are sending. The additional 3% is strictly to cover the fees charges by Pay Pal and DOES NOT come off
the balance of the purchase price. If you are sending a Money Order as a deposit, you might want to consider
sending it via Priority Mail or over night service. A Puppy is not considered on hold until the deposit is received.
Health Guarantee: We do offer a health guarantee against life threatening genetic disorders as well as a short term
health warranty. Please see our purchase agreement.
Shipping Cost: Shipping cost differ by airlines depending on shipped airlines used. Cost usually is $285.00. Two
puppies can be shipped together for $350. This includes all airline expenses, Vet Exam with Health Certificate and
travel crate with bedding. Our airlines of choice is Continental, American, & Delta. American Offers Hand Delivery.
The puppy will fly in the cabin with a person and meet you at the airport. The charge for this service is $350.00. All
shipping expenses are included in these prices.
Puppy Care: While in our care our puppies are kept on a strict vaccine and de-worming schedule. They come to vet
checked, clean, groomed (if you wish) and flea free. Our puppies are fed well with quality food. We assist mom by
offering the pups food starting at 3 weeks of age. Mom is on puppy food and vitamins while nursing to ensure that
she produces rich milk for growing puppies. We also start the potty training process for your new puppy is not only
well socialized also used to going outside to potty. If your puppy has a need to stay with me longer than 8 weeks
due to health, small size, or flight issues due to weather, there will be no additional charge.
If the puppy is staying with me after 8 weeks due to your schedule I will charge a fee of $150.00. This will include
vaccinations required at 9 weeks & 12 weeks. It will also include food, care & maintenance of the puppy.
